This audit is designed to help streamline your community, eliminate the clutter, and transform it into a space that feels intentional, engaging, and easy to manage.

When you work with me, you’ll have an experienced community builder by your side. I’ve been building in Circle since its launch in 2020, managed my own community for 3 years, and have helped launch or optimize more than a dozen others. I’ll craft a custom Community Audit based on my Circle expertise, complete with actionable recommendations and a 1-hour follow-up call to review or implement changes, giving you the clarity and confidence to elevate your community.

What’s Included

Community Audit Presentation
A comprehensive and tailored presentation with actionable solutions to improve your Circle community. Recommendations are supported with written explanations, screenshots, or Loom videos for clarity as needed. The Audit Covers:

Circle Settings: Review community-wide settings to ensure a compliant, branded foundation.

Onboarding & Segmentation: Assess for seamless member integration, as well as efficient internal management.

Community Structure: Evaluate Space Groups, Spaces, and their settings for intuitive navigation and user experience.

Existing Content, Courses, and Events Programming: Review current engagement offerings for improvements.

Workflows & Analytics: Analyze automations, integrations, and metrics to streamline operations & highlight opportunities.


1-Hour Call with Christina
Choose how to use this session:

    • Option 1: Review the Audit together to discuss recommendations.

    • Option 2: Begin hands-on implementation during the call for immediate progress. Important: To make the most of our time, you should review the Audit in advance and note the changes you’d like to focus on.

    • Implementation beyond the 1-hour call is not included. My Community Audit Presentation is designed to be clear and actionable, so you or your team can implement the recommendations independently if preferred.

    • If you’d like additional implementation support, you can hire me at an hourly rate.

    1. Kickoff: After payment, you will receive a short questionnaire to share your community goals and challenges.

    2. Add Christina to Circle: Once the questionnaire is completed, you will add me to your community so I can begin. Instructions will be provided.

    3. Audit Delivery: Within 7 business days of receiving Circle access, you’ll receive your custom Community Audit Presentation.

    4. 1-Hour Call with Christina: Choose between Option 1 or 2 (outlined above). A scheduling link will be provided with the Audit delivery.

    5. Follow-Up (Optional): If you need additional help, we can schedule further implementation support at a discounted hourly rate.

  • If you’re considering switching from Mighty Networks (or a similar platform) to Circle, this audit is still for you.

    I’ll review your existing Mighty Networks setup and evaluate how to best structure and streamline your community within Circle’s framework. The focus will be on leveraging Circle’s space groups, spaces, features, and settings.

    Please note: This Audit does not include the full migration process and generally follows the "What's Included" section above. For your 1-Hour Call with Christina, you must have a Circle account already created to select Option 2.

  • You can buy the Community Audit on my website or, if you prefer, you can hire me through Upwork. The Community Audit is slightly more expensive on Upwork to help cover platform fees.

  • Due to the nature of this service and the time invested, refunds are not available. If you have any questions before purchasing, please feel free to reach out for clarification.

    The Audit is based on the information provided in the questionnaire and my evaluation of your community. While actionable recommendations will be provided, results depend on your implementation and member engagement efforts.
