Hey, Christina here.
I’m a project manager driven by the challenge of building and launching new initiatives and products.
I spent six years at a fast-paced hospitality startup, honing my ability to take ideas from concept to reality and scale projects from 0 to 1. During that time, I wore many hats—managing product launches, streamlining operations, and building experiences that resonated with global audiences—all in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
I thrive on turning bold ideas into actionable plans and bring a unique blend of creativity and precision to every project I tackle. Whether it’s shaping the vision, mapping the steps, or executing with care, I’m focused on creating work that drives real impact.
Let’s collaborate to bring your next big idea to life.

Case Study 2: Improve Review Collection and Management Processes
I spearheaded the overhaul of Outsite’s review collection and management system, collaborating closely with the CTO, UX designer, and software engineer. By implementing a custom-built system, optimizing customer communication, and incentivizing review submissions, we increased reviews by +475% and NPS submissions by +1,269% within one year. This resulted in a dramatic NPS score improvement from 29 to 58, surpassing industry benchmarks.

In 2021, I was tasked with helping improve our current review collection system. During this process I worked very closely with Outsite’s CTO, UX designer, and software engineer to overhaul our review collection and management system.
We had 3 primary goals going into the project:
Create an online system to enable organization of ongoing reviews and feedback.
Increase the number of reviews each quarter.
Increase the number of NPSs each quarter.
Not only did we exceed in all 3 goals, but our review ratings remained steady and our NPS score skyrocketed from 29 to 58 now that we had more data points. This review collection and management system today is still used daily to help steer Outsite’s guest experience.

✅ Within 1 year, Outsite increased it’s number of reviews collected by +475%.
✅ Within 1 year, Outsite increased it’s number of NPS collected by +1,269%.
✅ Not only did data collection increase drastically, but review ratings remained steady and the NPS rating skyrocketed. Within 1 Year, the NPS jumped from 29 to 58. In Year 2, we exceeded our NPS goal of 60 every single quarter. (Average hotel NPS is 29; Ritz Carlton is leader at 66 NPS).
Case Study 3: Product Launch — Retreats
I led the development and launch of Outsite Retreats, creating a new product to boost revenue and marketing visibility during low seasons. The pilot sold out one retreat and increased bookings in Nicaragua, laying the groundwork for future retreat offerings.
-
In 2021, I was tasked with running a pilot program to trial and develop Outsite Retreats as a new product offering.
The purpose in launching a new product was two-fold: to increase revenue for locations experiencing shoulder season, and create marketing hype around locations that needed a boost in bookings.
Based on this, Outsite Retreats were developed to bring together a group of Members for 1-week around a shared interest. They are hosted in beautiful destinations, close to nature, and offer a balanced schedule of down time and planned outings. Retreats typically include curated local group experiences each day, conveniences like airport and local transportation, snacks and some meals, and a dedicated Retreat Leader to keep the experience smooth and enjoyable for all.
The pilot program offered two different retreats:
Culinary Immersion in Bidart, France
Surf and Yoga in San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua
In the end, we sold out the Culinary Immersion retreat, but only had half capacity for the Surf and Yoga retreat. Along the way we learned so much, and helped lay the ground work for any future Outsite Retreat.
Interestingly, while we did not sell out the Surf and Yoga Retreat, we did see a gradual increase in bookings at Outsite Nicaragua, enough so that additional room inventory needed to be added to meet Member booking demand.
