The Complete Setup: A fully customized service delivered over 6–8 weeks, designed for larger or more complex communities. Perfect for platform migrations, advanced integrations, and those who want expert guidance from setup all the way to post-launch.

The Starter Kit

Are you ready to launch your Circle community but feeling stuck on where to start?

The Starter Kit is a hands-on, collaborative service designed to take the overwhelm out of setup and get your community setup and ready for launch within 2 weeks.

I’ll take care of the technical details, design your community architecture, build workflows and more—while keeping you involved in the decisions that matter most. Together, we’ll create a space that feels intentional, aligned with your goals, and ready to welcome your members.

✦ Smaller Communities: For new or migrating communities with fewer than ~300 members.
✦ First-Time Community Builders: You want a polished, professional setup with expert guidance.

What’s Included

1. Planning

  • Kickoff Call (60–90 minutes): Collaborate on your community goals, structure, and Circle settings.

  • Templates for Success:

    • Community Setup Checklist: A shared checklist to track progress and ensure no detail is missed.

2. Community Architecture

  • Design & Build: Create space groups, spaces, and settings.

  • Content Mapping (Migrations Only): Review your existing setup and outline how it translates to Circle’s platform.

3. Branding & Imagery

  • Add logos, icons, and colors. For imagery, choose from 7 templates or I will provide a Design Request Presentation for your own designer.

4. Onboarding & Member Management

  • Create onboarding sequence, community guidelines, and moderation settings.

  • Set up basic Circle Workflows to support member engagement and management.

5. Paywalls & Locked Screens

  • Configure paywalls and create locked screens.

6. Feedback & Collaboration

  • 3 rounds of feedback and adjustments to refine the setup (e.g., adjustments to architecture, branding, workflows).

  • 2 check-in calls (30–60 minutes).

  • In addition to the above, I’ll send you items to approve throughout the process.

  • The Starter Kit is a flat fee of $1,700 USD. I accept most credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo.

    If we decide to move forward after the Discovery Call, I’ll send you a direct payment link.

    If you prefer, you can hire me through Upwork. The Starter Kit is more expensive on Upwork to help cover platform fees.

  • On our Kickoff Call, we will establish how and where we communicate. Most often it is a combination of email + chat.

    For timeframe, The Starter Kit is designed to be completed within 2 weeks from our Kickoff Call, giving you a quick and efficient path to a polished community. The 2-week timeframe assumes timely communication and approval on your part. Delays in feedback or approvals may extend the timeline.

    1. Discovery Call: Please schedule a free call to ensure we’re a good fit and I can help you reach your Circle goals.

    2. Kickoff Call: After payment, we’ll dive into your community structure and goals during a 60–90 minute call.

    3. Setup & Feedback: I’ll build out your community and send designs, settings, and workflows for your review and approval. This includes 3 rounds of refinement.

    4. Delivery & Support: Final setup will be completed within 2 weeks of the Kickoff Call, with 2 check-in calls for additional support. After the final check-in call, additional support will be available at an hourly rate.

  • The items below are not included in The Starter Kit. If you’d like additional support in any of these areas, I’m available at an hourly rate.

    • Course content uploads.

    • Advanced integrations beyond Circle Workflows (like Zapier, etc.).

    • Circle Marketing Hub and general marketing support.

    • Beta testing and full migration support.

    • Launch strategy and support.

  • We ask all clients to complete a Discovery Call to ensure we’re aligned on goals and outcomes before beginning the project. Due to the nature of this service and the time invested, refunds are not available.

    While this offering includes full implementation of your setup, the success of your community depends on ongoing engagement and maintenance.

The Complete Setup is a fully customized, end-to-end service designed to provide you with in-depth support. Starting with everything included in The Starter Kit, this offering goes further—handling advanced integrations, migration support, beta testing, and more.

In just 6–8 weeks, your community will be fully set up, seamlessly designed, and ready for launch, perfectly aligned with your vision and long-term goals.

7. Beta Testing

  • Design and run a beta testing process to gather feedback and refine your community before launch.

8. Launch and Migration Support

  • Guidance on planning, announcements, and engagement strategies.

  • Migration support to ensure a smooth transition.

  • Assistance in training a hired Community Manager, if applicable.

9. Post-Launch Support

  • 2 weeks of troubleshooting and refinement after launch to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • The Complete Setup is a combination of a flat fee and hourly rate.

    The flat fee is $1700, which covers all deliverables in The Startup Kit. All remaining items are billed out an hourly rate of $65/hour ensuring we work on goals and deliverables that are tailored to your community. Invoices for hourly work are sent on the 15th and 30th of each month. I accept most credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo.

    • Kickoff Call: After payment, we’ll dive into your community structure, goals, and Circle settings during a 60–90 minute session.

    • Launch & Migration Strategy Call: Develop a tailored plan to guide your launch or migration process.

    • Setup & Collaboration:

      • I’ll build out your community architecture, workflows, branding, and onboarding processes.

      • Feedback will be gathered through 2 check-in calls per week and ongoing approvals.

    • Beta Testing: Facilitate and run a beta testing process to refine your setup based on early feedback.

    • Final Launch Prep: Ensure paywalls, locked screens, and workflows are ready for launch.

    • Delivery & Support: Complete the full setup within 6–8 weeks, followed by 2 weeks of post-launch refinement.
